Won me over!

I was skeptical. See, I thought that I loved using the flareups from the fat melting off of my steaks to char them, but I took a chance on the infrared and I get it now. I'm still able to char and melt that fat, but the steaks are so much jucier.
The heat is actually even versus the hot spots and cold spots on my old grill. Way easier to control temp.
Also, I have a whole-hog custom brick smoker at my house but I tried ribs with hickory chunks right on the grates and the ribs offset from the heat and I swear they were the best ribs I've ever made.
The grill cleans up really nicely using the included tool and a charbroil cool-clean brush and the stainless looks like the day I bought it 2 months later.
So yeah, I'm sold.

Worst grill ever!

This has to be the worst grill, when I purchased it I did so based upon the 3 emmiters. The 3 emmiters needed to be replaced so I ordered them based upon the diagram on the website. I received 1 of 3 I had to return it and pay for shippinig since I was informed I'll need to purchase another 2 and pay again for shipping. I will never purchase a Ghar-Broil product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All Season Life Saver

My 3-burner Char-Broil grill is about 3 years old and it has been a lifesaver on both hot summer and cold winter days. The convection heating it provides means I can get a good dinner ready in less time. So, I'm not spending my time standing in the heat, rain or snow any longer than I have to at mealtime. In fact, I grilled two pork tenderloins tonight during a thunderstorm (dashing in and out of the back door, of course). The heat builds a nice crust on the outside and wonderfully tender meat inside. We have literally cooked everything from filet mignon's to seafood kabobs and never a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased 5 days ago. Cooked chicken,
fat steaks, burgers and hot dogs so far. Everything was cooked to perfection, with ease. Grill is a pleasure to use. I am so happy with this product.(I never write reviews) give yourself some time and space (to lay parts out) stay calm,look carefully at the pictures and you can put it together.

Great Grill!!

I bought this grill about 3 weeks ago, and so far has been a great grill. I also put it together myself which was fairly easy and added the gas conversion kit so I wouldn't need the LP bottle anymore. I will say it was a bit harder to clean then I thought it would be and that was after spraying the grill surfaces before using. so that was something I was not expecting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice features but hard assembly

I was so excited to try this grill! We were in desperate need of replacing our grill. The added burners were especially appealing to add another experience to our backyard grilling. It is bright and shiny, very visually appealing to our neighbors and guests. However, the assembly was awful. The instructions were vague and it was a multi day event to put it together and very frustrating for one person. If you can pay wherever you buy this grill from to assemble it would be totally worth it. Other than that, wonderful needed addition. This was sent to me as a free sample in exchange for my review.

Best grill ever!!

This is the 2nd Charbroil infrared grill I have owned. The first was a 4 burner with side table burner. It produced the best flavored food I have ever grilled. I had the grill 6-7 years only having to replace grates and emitter trays. This grill is smaller, but equally great. I tell everyone I can about Charbroil’s infrared grills for grilling.

Decent Grill with good looks

Decent grill. Cooks well and looks nice. Pieces are rather flimsy and needed to fix a few dented parts to make everything fit together. Also product does not include hooks for your utensils, for the cost of the grill I'm not sure why those are not included.
