Awesome Grill

I had an old 4-burner Char-Broil that needed to be replaced. I only needed the 3-burner size. Product was very well packaged with large portions of styra-foam and many plastic packages to protect the smaller pieces. Assembly was easy with very detailed instructions.
I love the great broil marks it makes. The temperature can get too hot if you don't adjust the gas shut-off valves. It holds a very constant temperature once the grill is brought up to temperature. I love this grill!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a friend help me assemble.Took 90 minutes.The infrared is awesome.Cooked the porterhouse, perfect MR.Pork chops tend to be more on the dry side,not with this B.B.Q.it was really tender!!

Didn't get the model grill I paid for

I ordered and paid for the Amplifire model but I believe you sent me and older Signature Series grill and not the newer Amplifier model. There is no Amplifier badge on the grill cabinet as your ad pictures show. The grill shipped to me was in an older Signature Series (beat up) box. There are no Amplifier markings on the box, none on any of the inclded paperwork and no Amplifier markings on the grill components. How do you justify sending me and older model but charging me for the new model? I really like the tru-infrared grilling system, but believe I didn't get the model grill I paid for.

It’s been a little over a month now. Easy to follow assembly instructions, just take your time. The overall grill itself seems pretty solid and nice looking. Cooking on this grill has been fine and it heats up pretty quick.

Nice grill but cheaply made

Chat-Broil products offer good value however, over time, the metal has become thinner and thinner. I am reluctant to purchase from them again until the quality of their products improve.

Great Grill !

Completely surprised by this grill. My old charbroil grill has held up great - but this new design is amazing. There are "shields" near the burners that seem to concentrate and focus the heat. The grill warms up very quickly. With all burners on the grill temperature will read 650 in around 10 minutes. I am able to create a gorgeous sear on the foods. The salmon skin becomes nice and crispy while the flesh picks up a slight smoke from hickory chips, producing a very moist and tender flesh. Chicken thighs will get nice marks from the grates with direct heat, then using indirect heat and the convention produced from just one burner they cook to be tender and juicy. The grill is easy to keep clean with the pan design and drip catcher under the burner. And even though this item was sent as a free sample in exchange for my review, I must say - if you can buy it preassembled, definitely do. It was not horrific at all to assemble, they did a great job organizing then screws and parts - but it's a tricky endeavor for just one person. Over all I love the grill and it's been added to my collection of charbroil products. Nice job guys - it's a great grill.

Great grill when new

I love the grill when it's new. However, the stainless steel grill grates don't last long and are expensive to replace. They start rusting out in a little over a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!
