Don’t get if you have uneven floors

Even after having service techs out the washer is unable to a load of even a handful of garments without going on perpetual spin cycle. The foot adjusters do not lock sufficiently nor are the feet large enough to stabilize any floor unevenness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In order for the washer to work properly, it needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. If the washer is uneven, you can adjust the rubber leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. Tub bearing went out after a year and 5 months!

I was very happy with this washer (and dryer) - efficiency, cycle choices, appearance etc, but after 1 year and 5 months the tub bearing failed. It is just over the1 year warranty and apparently will go out completely and will need to be replaced. On this website it says there is a 10 year warranty, but that is only for the motor so that is misleading. It sounds like the bearing issue is a trend. I read reviews before purchasing it too, but I do not recall reading about that issue. It also seemed to retain excessive moisture inside so we had to wipe it down after each load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Customer Service

I bought this washer and the compatible dryer about a month ago and I was so excited. The day I received them the washer was damaged and was only left as a loner in order to wait for the new one to arrive. The delivery man placed the order and I spoke with the agent over the phone to confirm the order, it was suppose to be received by July 10th (date both confirmed by the agent over the phone and was written in my receipt for the washer and dryer). On that day, which was a Tuesday and I had to take time off work nobody came, called or anything. Days went by without knowing the status of my washer and NOBODY reached out to me. I finally decided to go to the store where I purchased the washer since the only number they gave me nobody would answer and the manager was able to sort things out. She was able to get them to tell me what day I was going to receive the washer and additionally I was going to get reimbursed for the day I missed. Once I received my new washer they told me to contact a number in order to file the claim for my reimbursement. When I called them they told me that this is not something that they do and some story. The agent who received my call after I was transferred and transferred asked for my phone number to pull up my file and she hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable! not only they dropped the ball on the delivery but when I try to reach them they are full of excuses and they hang up.
