Horrible experience

I am on my second dead unit in just two years. The first died in 8 months and was replaced with a new machine. The second dies in 13 months, now waiting for parts and repair that I am sure will not fix the problem. This is a defective model. I have owned many GE appliances and this is the worst ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many setting options. Super quiet.

I have never had a washer that I have been so happy with. I select the soil option, the temperature and the spin speed. Add the detergent, press Start knowing the clothes will be super clean when finished. It is really quiet also.

Drum bearing issues after only 3 years

expect much better longevity w/ this costly front losing washer. total bummer. the 10 yer warranty misleading as it only covers the motor.

Poor Product Poorly Made

This the 2nd GE Washer of I have purchased since 2012. This last one I purchased 2018 and it has been a headache. I replaced all of my applicances to GE (dishwasher, dryer, microwave and refrigerator based on perceived quality. This washer lasted exactly 3 years. Now the drum is busted. In addition to that when that happen, I had clothing stuck in the washer for 10 days before I could get in opened. I do not recommend GE products especially the washing machines. A washer should last more than 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
