This Expedition (and all my others) are perfect for work on our ranch. They are durable, keep accurate time and the Indiglo is awesome at night and in low light situations...like birthing calves in the middle of the night.

Best rugged chronograph for the value

I got this watch as something cheap to wear on a trip, but it became my go-to most of the time. The chronograph function is useful as a timer, the indiglo likewise (there is lume, also but not much and who cares, when you have indiglo).
I would recommend this to a friend!

30 minute chrono can be used for longer but you need to know when it passes 30 minutes. The 1/10th second dial on the chrono is useless and would be better without it. This watch has a 43mm face yet the band is barely large enough to fit on my wrist. Will probably switch the band out in favor of a longer silicone/nylon band and/or just gift it to my kid. That's a shame because it's not a bad-looking watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its not the best watch

I like this watch a lot but it keeps stopping when I look at it every thing else is fine but the watch stops when I look at it

Thank you for your feedback. It might be worth re-calibrating the watch first. To do this, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Pull the crown all the way to the "out" position.
2. Push the upper right button repeatedly until the larger second hand reaches or is aligned with the 12 o'clock position.
3. Push the crown all the way in.
4. Press the upper right button to start and activate the stopwatch or chronograph function.
5. Press the upper right button again to stop.
6. Pull the crown all the way out.
7. Press the lower right button once to re-calibrate. The larger second hand should reset itself to the 12 o'clock position.
8. Push the crown all the way in.
