Gopro gun mount

This product looks nice, however has a major design flaw. This product has nothing that prevents it from sliding up and down the barrel on a firearm. This issue results in scratching and or ruining a finish. Tightening the clamp more might help, however there is fear of deforming thin shotgun barrels. All this could possibly be solved by rubber lined jaws.

Haven't quiet figured it out

Maybe I'm new to the world of go pro and mounting, but it would nice to have some instructions or ideas or something to go along with the mount.. So I guess this ok???? Lots of recoil and may be missing some pieces or extensions.

Gun Rod bow Mount

Love this mount. I use this mount on my bow ever time I go out bow hunting. With all the different adjustments I can get any angle I want with my Gopro. This Mount has made self filming a breeze. I have self filmed myself harvesting several deer and my first beer was captured on film because I was able to mount my Gopro to my bow.

I was generally pleased with the purchase. However, upon attempting to install it to my gun, I noticed that I would have to modify the device to fit any model. It was not explained as such in the product description.
