Poor Quality

Had to convert from natural to propane gas. Top burner conversion easy but oven conversion was horrific to get to...Orifice was so tight had to remove whole back panel to get to it to avoid breaking gas valve. Metal very light weight, screws were difficult to line up... some metal bending required to get unit back together, heat bricks in back moved left and right freely, single wire could not hold them in a stationary position, had to reposition, a twenty minute job turned into hours. After ordeal stove works good but would not recommend propane units where changing of oven orifice required.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great if you are looking for a BASIC model

This is an easy transition to propane for natural gas. It is a basic model, no display and no way to know oven is up to temp without a thermometer. However, for the price, this product works great!

When you buy this stove, I suggest you ask about the oven venting system. The oven vents by blowing hot air (from the oven) directly onto the cook top. When I was baking biscuits at 450 degrees, the handle of a skillet sitting on the stop top got so hot I could hardly pick it up. We bought this stove for my 80 year old mother (who has always cooked on a gas stove.) The controls are easy to manipulate and it has simple features (which we wanted.) But now I wish we had asked more questions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven vents out of the center of the backsplash area, underneath the control panel. This will cause that area of your cooktop to feel very warm.
Because the air can carry a small amount of grease, the vent area should be cleaned regularly. We do hope you and your mother grow to enjoy this range! Have an amazing day! Mike@GEA

It has no timer. Not very insulated.
You get a basic stove and oven. You get what you pay for.. I returned it and ended up buying the better GE stove and oven which I highly recommend.
