Fast Shipping, nice case, but heavy!

Have an issue with the right front burner not igniting. We have to use a lighter to get it turned on. All other features work well. Would be nice to have a clock, and the stove top gets really hot near the back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This oven works but doesn’t even tell you when it is preheated. Front left heater has lower heat setting than front right. I’d recommend it as a very simple appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi SuzMF - Thanks for taking time to share your feedback. There is a difference in the btu ratings for the front burners on your range. The left front burner is 9,500 btu's and the right front is 13,000 btu's which is why the left burner has a lower heat setting. Gas ovens can take 15-20 minutes to preheat.
