It gets too hot

I have had mine for about a month. When using the oven the top of the range gets so hot you can't have anything on it unless you want to cook it. Food can fall inside the burners and you can't get it out. The smell of the oven is still terrible after several uses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door squueks very loudly and the plastic oven dial broke off after just.one week. Awful.

The stove was easy to install, it was an exact fit into the space, where we replaced the old one. It burns clean, flames are easy to control and I have yet to burn anything, Yeah!! It's so much better than the one we had before. I would recommend this stove, the price is right , easy to use, it's great!!
