slots are not convenient to load plates & plastic storage items.

A little noisy

Good dishwasher overall with the exception of it being too noisy. I can hear things bumping while it is washing. I had a Kitchen Aid before and it was so quiet, I could not tell when it was running. It failed 6 Yrs after we bought it after spending 1/3 of the purchase price when it was 2 yrs old. So we are trying this. I hope this dishwasher lasts 10 years like the ones before the Kitchen Aid. Time will tell. And I don't buy extra insurance and should not have to.

I absolutely LOVE my new dishwasher! I have two teenagers that do dishes, some times, and they were able to easily get the hang of it.

SUPER QUIET

This dishwasher has some great features: bottle/jar jets, adjustable top rack for tall glasses/wine glasses, extra top rack for lids and utensils, fold down option on bottom for large pots. Drying works well and my favorite thing is how quiet it is. I was skeptical at first because it’s a 45 decibel and I wanted a 39 decibel. I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra for the 39 because this is plenty quiet. I’m not so sure about the “fingerprint rExistence” claim....but I have an in home daycare and have excess number of children in my kitchen. I do LOTS of dishes!

The bottle washers work and the top rack is more handy than we had imagined. The bottom rack holds a lot of dishes. Our GE appliances have been reliable and consistent through the years so we expect this one to be the same. Not everything is completely dry even with dry boost but close enough. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes so we are happy with the product.
