We shopped around at a couple different locations, and finally found the right one. Love the "3 rack" oppition. I had only used it twice and then realized the 2nd rack is adjustable so you can fit larger pans on the bottom or even tall cups and stuff on the 2nd rack. Have not had water spots or standing water in any of my dishes. This one also had water jets for glass's so it does pull out milk rings and coffee.
The controls are a little touchy when you open it, but this is the first dishwasher I've had like this, so Im getting used to it..

As soon as I installed this dishwasher we loaded it with some difficult baked on cookware. They came out spotless! I love this machine too.
