Overall I am satisfied with the product. It has a few flaws, but for the price is what one would expect. The flaws are: 1.) the top rack (3rd), not good for anything. Space thief. 2.) It does not dry as well as I expected.

Good features, one minor flaw

Overall we like the dishwasher. It is very quiet. If you are not in the kitchen you won't even know its on. Even inside the kitchen you can miss the sound if you are not paying attention. It gets the dishes much cleaner than our previous machine. The silverware tray is just the right height and location to transfer clean utensils to the drawer. The basket for glassware is a little awkward due to varying heights of the base. We use square dishes and bowls. The smaller ones fit great in the front of the lower basket but tend to fall through when placed in the back row. This causes them to contact the sprayer. If I were to make any design changes it would be to add an additional cross bar for the back row if dishes and flatten at least half the bottom of the glasses rack.
