Oh My Gosh - It’s awesome!

After a dealing with an aging dishwasher for the past two years, this is breath of fresh air! Dishes are cleaned without having to scrub beforehand and we can finally hear the TV while running the new one. Very satisfied!

Bonus For My Wife

Got our dishwasher installed, ran it that night, my wife was ecstatic at the cleaning ability. Then, after unloading, she recognized the top rack that she had not seen before. She said she loved surprise bonuses and is very, very happy.

If your dishes aren’t drying, there are a few reasons why this may be happening. First, please ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit, as a low temperature can decrease the effectiveness of the dry. Additional drying time may be needed; you can leave the door closed after the clean light appears to allow the fun to run an additional 90 minutes.
If you continue to experience issues after troubleshooting, we highly recommend scheduling service with a GEA technician, so that they can investigate this issue further. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737, or by visiting this page on our website: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Super Quiet, Cleans amazing

Disclaimer: Only owned for a week so far
This thing is so quiet it's scary! Dishes are exceptionaly cleaned and the air drying feature is brilliant! Wife loves its so I'm happy not hearing her complain!

Not as good as expected

I was excited to get this dishwasher with many great features. I wanted to use the bottle jets for sports bottles, but the bottle jets are on the top rack and the sports bottles are too tall for the top rack. If I lower the top rack to accomdate a moderately tall sports bottle, the washing blade hits the plates below. I was also excited to use the third rack for lids and other small accessories, but it doesn't hold much. The are many slots for silverware on the third rack, but I will never have the time to individually insert silverware into the spaces. I put utensils in the utensil basket. The dishes get very dry only if you use boost which increases the cycle time. The cycles are very long! The shorest cycle runs almost 2 hours and the others are even longer. My last dishwasher didn't take nearly as long. The buttons turn on and off every time I open it unless I use control lock. I think this dishwasher is too expensive. Probably would have chosen a different one after having used it. Wouldn't buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
