Great purchase, delivery, install & functionality. This dishwasher replaces and outperforms a 3 year old Samsung dishwasher that left a lot to be desired. I love the top rack.

I live it. It has so many neat features. Having 3 racks and the bottle wash makes cleaning dishes actually fun. And the adjustment on the bottom rack for pots is wonderful. No more Having to hand wash. Saves soon much time.

Even with highest wash cycle, some things don't get clean. Tough things.... dried ketchup, or dried cereal. I should rinse everything right away, but that's not real world 100% of the time. So I end up with a few items needing manual attention after the cleaning cycle.
