My husband and I recently bought a house and the dishwasher that came with the house was definitely something from the early 2000’s. It did not clean dishes at all, we ended up handwashing all of our dishes. And food particles constantly built up in the bottom. So this was our first purchase to start updating our home. We have absolutely loved this purchase. The first thing I absolutely loved was the look, the black stainless steel is gorgeous AND FINGERPRINT RESISTANT. Haha. I’ve got a 4 year old so this is a big deal for me. Also the dishwasher is quiet while it’s running which is a huge plus for my husband. I also love the functionality of the features, it has a third rack which is awesome for the smaller items you don’t want to lose pieces to and you have the option of running just the top or the bottom if either one is full but the other is not. It also has bottle jets to wash my husbands smart blender cups. I love that the buttons are not on the front so my daughter doesn’t get to play with them. Last but certainly not least, this dishwasher also has a hard food disposal so no particles get built up in the bottom. Hands down awesome purchase.

Very Quiet

Love how quiet this dishwasher is. Cleans dishes well also - and love the top utensil rack. Only problem is the top rack (for cups) does not stay in when pushed back - it slides back out. It didn't do this when we first started using the product about a month and a half ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If the door stays fully open and the racks in the dishwasher roll in or out by themselves, the dishwasher is not level. The leveling legs should have been adjusted at installation to ensure the dishwasher is level, front-to-back, and left-to-right. The Installation Instructions will provide directions, or contact the installer to adjust the springs. Long cycles

Disappointed in dishwasher, run cycles are very long, not as quiet as expected and upper (3rd) rack holds moisture causing smell after a couple of days

This has been the most difficult installation ever

The instructions indicate to put parts in place, such as the trim pieces, before the mounting brackets. I had to remove the top trim piece to use the brackets and had to cut one side trim piece down to nearly nothing to force it in. Then the drain hose provided didn't fit the most widely sold disposal, insinkerator. Now I have to remove the unit again to replace the hose and that was the last piece before trying it out. I hope it runs better than installs.
