Din't even work for 1 year

I bought this GE dishwasher to match my other appliances. My whirlpool was working like a charm and had no issues and bought this expensive piece of junk last year in February and was delivered and installed in March 2021, All of sudden it started acting weird before its first anniversary. I was out of country for month and when came back, It stopped working on all modules. now making loud noises and stopping in the middle of cycles all the time having us clean the water inside the machine, Tried to work with customer service after reset also same thing. Regretting spending on something not worth the quality and durability.

I was happy with the price, which was competitive for the features. It was easy to self install. I was skeptical about the 3rd shallow rack on top, but I love the flexibility it adds. My family cooks and always have large pots and pans. The rack is layed out to use for silver ware, so I can take out the silverware basket on the bottom when needing the extra space. I love the bottle washer feature too. T

Can barely hear it when it’s running

This is such a quiet machine! Can barely hear it when it’s running and the dishes and pots and pans come out clean the first time! Great product!

Worked great for 2 months

Then it died. GE sent out a repair company. They supppsedly ordered the part at the end of November. Dishwasher is still dead. And repair company’s phone is no longer in service. Dishwasher is still dead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
