Great machine, well designed. Install was medium difficulty. If you have to use the side screw mount, the rack blocks the mounting holes which is a little difficult. Cleans and drys awesomely.

Lots of flexibility to load anything and everything you need to wash. Top tray for utensils is very useful. Only complaint is that I wish the bottom rack slid out as smoothly as the top rack.

The small.fan feature is nice because when you unload it water isnt on the surface of the glasses..cups..or bowls!! Its very quiet!
