While we’re glad the dishwasher has been providing a quality washing performance, we hate to hear you have a concern over the noise the unit makes when the water jets come on. We know any issue with unwanted noise can be inconvenient.

We strive to meet the industry standard regarding sound level, and provide as quiet a dishwashing experience as possible. This model is designed to operate at 46 dBA, which is a bit below the level of sound you might hear in a library. We regret that this level of noise isn’t a good fit for you, and your feedback on this matter will certainly be sent to our Dishwasher Design team for future review and consideration. Your insights are appreciated, as we want to make sure we’re aware of any possible areas of improvement with the model.
