Failed after 2 years

This dishwasher replaced a plastic one that we had for 16 years and how ever long the previous owner had the product. We love how quiet the dishwasher is and it does get dishes cleaner. The cycle times are long but there are shorter options. After 2 years of use the trim is coming off at the top and it will not complete a cycle. Trouble shooting is not easy as it could be the door, the motor overheating, a fuse or some other problem. We bought an expensive dishwasher that has problems as soon as the warranty runs out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans well!

So far this dishwasher has left our dishes clean and spot free! I love the third rack and adjustable height on the second. My only complaint with that is some of the taller items I could fit in our LG we can not in this one. I love the sanitize function which allows me to put baby bottles and items in and keep my baby safe!

Your comments are appreciated and we are happy to help with some recommendations. This model does come with the adjustable upper rack as you mentioned. It can be adjusted up to fit larger items below or vice versa. The third rack is also removable to help fit those large items up top and the bottom rack has fold down tines to accommodate the larger stuff as well.
We do recommend cleaning the filters, however, once a month will be enough in most occasions. Enjoy and keep in touch! - John@GEA

So Loud

I was excited about this dishwasher for some of the features, and I thought the decibel level was low. Holy moly, I’ve never owned such a noisy dishwasher! After a couple weeks, we’re returning it. The third rack and bottle washers are cool, but I can’t take the noise.

I love all of the features this dishwasher has. I feel it does clean very well. Only critique is that is do not dry super well even with dry boost on.
