Love this dishwasher!

I was in need of a dishwasher. I went to the store, had them turn it on, and I did not even realize it was on. I love how quiet it is as well as how clean and spotless it gets my dishers!!

Great dishwasher, exactly what I wanted in features, color and dependability.

I purchased this dishwasher about two months ago to replace my old dishwasher that had developed a leak after 18 years of use.
The new Profile unit is easy to use, very quiet, and most importantly cleans spotlessly. A great addition to my kitchen.

Nice updated dishwasher!

This replaced our 11 yr. old GE Profile dishwasher.
Pros - It's nicely updated. I originally wanted the integrated model, however, one advantage of this is that it's easy to use the controls and to see how much time is left in a cycle. Silverware gets very clean, due to all of the jets. Loading is fairly easy, although the area on the bottom rack that is adjustable does not go completely flat, and is in the inside row (the old model had it on the outside row which was better).
Con - This unit does not have a rinse & hold feature. To compensate for this, I do 2 minutes of a light wash and then cancel/drain. Also, I wish the GE emblem was at a slightly less conspicuous place on the unit. Finally, for some reason the dishwasher packets do not always completely dissolve, and it's also hard to tell when the rinse agent is empty. Could be a little quieter, as some other new models are.
Overall, a very nice dishwasher and good value. GE tech support was excellent re; a small cosmetic issue I had.

Quiet, roomy and easy to install!

This is a quiet unit with a lot of room for dishes. The door is really light weight, trays roll very well. Really happy with this unit, it was a great upgrade over a competitors unit we replaced.

I picked this dishwasher because of other reviews and because of its very good rating on noise of operation. This is because I have an open kitchen with the living room area very close. Not only does this dishwasher clean extremely well, most of the time I cannot tell that it is on because it is so quiet. The only comment I have which could be construed as a negative, is that the wash cycle seems to take a long time.
