A lot of great features, runs quiet and love the smaller top rack. Works great for miscellaneous spoons, utensils and measuring cups.

Amazingly Quiet

This product is very quiet (The water emptying into the sink drain is really only when it is noisy. Obviously, this is not the dishwasher.).
The three rack system is excellent for proper placement of all kinds of different items that need washed.
Note that the buttons can be very touchy. (There is a small learning curve on where to place hands when opening the door so you don't accidently push a wrong button.)
Installation of the rubber trim and then placing the dishwasher within its cabinet "slot" was more difficult than I thought it should be.

Disappointing

Dry feature not as good. The soap does not pop open. Smaller interior.

Make sure the soap cup is not blocked by anything:
Reposition the dishes so the water from the lower spray arm can flush the detergent cup.
Reposition the tall utensils or heavy silverware that may be keeping the dispenser cup door from opening.
Do not place large bowls or pots directly under the detergent dispenser.
If the detergent cup is not opening, then service may be needed.

Washer seems to function as advertised. Time will tell as to it ableness. We had our last dishwasher eighteen years so we are only beginning our journey with this washer.

Really like but...

I like this dishwasher but could have better racks as bowls on top rack kind of roll side to side. Could use one more row of racks on the bottom to hold smaller plate and have a ability to have 3 row of plates. It did quit drying after a week.

Very quiet!

I purchased this dishwasher in April of 2020, when we purchased our first home. With the worries it would end up like the rest of the dishwashers I’ve owned over the years, I waited a year to write my review. This dishwasher is quiet, it actually cleans your dishes, and my favorite part of all is the bottle jets on the middle racks. Also, I can choose the height of the rack for larger glasses or lids that are top rack safe only. I was very skeptical about this dishwasher because, I wanted one that said “hey stupid, I’m done”. I have 3 children and ADHD, so remembering that it was running or to start it was my struggle. It has time delay, and it beeps a little tune when it’s done. So I no longer leave dishes in my dishwasher for periods of time! It’s also WiFi capable with a device connected (sold separately), that you connect to through your phone so that helps me as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
