Is hate too strong a word?

I have seriously considered returning. If I want my dishes DRY and SANITIZED on a NORMAL CYCLE it takes about 3 1/2 hours. The adjustable rack on the bottom is garbage. The adjustment does not lock in, no matter what we have tried. Spend your money elsewhere. It wasn't cheap!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Mferrari - We apologize for any inconvenience with your dishwasher. There has been changes to federal water and energy efficiency guidelines, which means dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance, but they use less energy while running. Your model only offers an adjustable upper rack. The lower rack is not adjustable but does have fold down tines. We'll be happy to pass along your feedback to our dishwasher design team. Good dishwasher

Good dishwasher for the price.. i gave it a 4 star because the third top rack is useless. It's not deep enough to hold anything. I removed it. Sad, I really wanted a third rack that I could use. If I had the choice, I probably wouldn't buy it again because of the third rack. I am really bummed out about that.

So far, our new dishwasher is great. Dries and cleans very well. There have been no issues. It is beyond quiet when running. Simple to operate.

Super Quiet!

Love the clean lines and that controls are hidden. It's super quiet and does a fantastic job of cleaning everything, even gooey dishes.

Dishes clean and Very quiet

I have just owned it for a month but it works fairly well. Leaves the dishes very clean (although we always rinse them before loading) and although it is overly quiet, generates some high pitch hissing that is annoying when all is silent.
3rd rack can't be pulled all the way out and is difficult to use the furthermost area.
I would like that rack to allow pieces 1" taller or so.
The only downside is the cleaning times. The regular program with normal drying takes more than 2 hours.

We have only had it for two weeks now, but this works so much better than our previous dishwasher. Our other dishwasher left residue on our silverware and this one doesn't. The only thing that doesn't get very clean in it is our kids plastic bowls.
I would recommend this to a friend!
