Super clean dishes & quiet operation

We purchased this about a month ago and so far we're very happy with it. Love the upper knife/utensil drawer. Quietest machine we've ever owned and the dishes really do come out cleaner than our old machine. The only reason I held off giving it 5 stars is the buttons on the top of the control panel are so sensitive that I'm constantly hitting them and changing settings when loading dishes in throughout the day. A minor thing but still a little annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Dishwasher Hands Down

We have had 3 Samsung Dishwasher in the past 4 years and yes i said that right 3 dishwashers in the past 4 years. I was finally done with trying to talk, trade in and fix our Samsungs that are hands down the worse Appliances I have ever had. When we finally spent the money on our GE Dishwasher we were so happy with it. It is so quiet and cleans our dishes perfectly. We actually just bought brand new GE Washing machines also. I can't wait for the other Samsung appliances to die so i can switch completely over to GE.

The third top rack is too short to put anything in except silverware. It should be adjustable.

Installation instructions need improvement

Well we really like the dishwasher itself but installing is a whole other thing. Just like washing machines, dishwashers do not come with everything you need, which is beyond ridiculous! It's not chump change for one of these, so including everything like the power cord, air gap and extra hose should come standard! That seems logical but apparently it's not!
Putting the electrical housing unit on was a total joke! It wasn't even close to fitting correctly and the instructions or diagram do not explain it well at all.
End of rant!

Just installed the dishwasher. It was fairly easy. The one thing i noticed immediately was that the insulation./sound blanket that came with the dishwasher is super thin, almost useless. That aside, I bought this washer because I love GE and its durability. Will probably post another review after few months of use.
