Cleans great, but shelves are very loud to open

The product is great at washing dishes. Very quiet during the washing and drying cycles. However, the top 2 drawers are VERY loud when you pull them open. At first, I didn't think I would mind, but after a few days it became very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had to replace a Samsung dishwasher that was not even 2 years old! Love the bottle washers! And the dry boost!

We love the ease of use with this dishwasher. The only downside is that the third rack (very top rack) prevents us from loading any medium to tall items in the second rack. We find ourselves using the bottom rack for items like cups, which is too close to the heating element for cheap plastic.

I have had this washer for less than a month. My last washer broke down. So I was expecting this new washer to be amazing. First wash, some of the coffee mugs came out with trash/dried food on them. Dissappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not an easy configuration to load the dishwasher. Also, it did not work with the detergent that we had.

Quiet and Efficient Dishwasher, my new best friend

This was a replacement for a 20+ year old dishwasher. It's really quiet (I had to double-check the first time if it was actually drawing water) and the dishes came out spotless without even adding the 'drying' program! The top drawer for the cutlery is a nice feature and saves more space to the lower rack where I can put more plates and bowls. So far it's been great!
