for the cost, a great deal. It runs quietly. Dishes are clean. Packs well and have a third level for small and relatively flat items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit is quiet but does not do a thorough job of cleaning and drying never completes even on the extra dry boost level. Disappointed with this purchase

Quiet, Roomy, Pretty and Sleek

This is quiet, even with the metal tub I can stand in front of it and not hear it washing. And this is a really nicely styled design; no handles to get in the way as you walk past. The dishwasher also has plenty of room inside which makes the door open lower and extend closer to the floor than my previous dishwasher. I especially like the upper flatware rack; I use it for larger utensils. I would have given it 4 stars but there are a few reasons for the 3 stars; 1.) The dishwasher's cleaning is spotty even with dishes well spaced. Iv usually have detergent rings in cups and glasses even with the recommended rinse agent. 2.) I noticed a small amount of water left in the bottom after a cleaning cycle will stink after a few days. There is no drain function on the control panel to remove that small amount of water so you have to put up with the smell until your next run. Ill have to maybe dry it out as I run 1x/wk. 3.) The 1 hour cycle is actually a 120 min cycle. 4.) There is no prerinse cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
