Working out the new appliance woes

We had the same Whirlpool dishwasher (bought new) from when we built our house in 2002 until this year (2020) when we finally found it cheaper to just replace it than try to make all the part replacements needed. Part of my trouble is having to learn this new washer. But it doesn’t seem to wash the dishes as well as the old Whirlpool. The third drawer up top is nice but also different and new. It seems that utensils get cleaner on it than in the bottom utensil rack. I might change my mind later but right now I’m not sure our situation is much improved (new washer vs. old one that cleaned better).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet and clean

Its not super low DB, but at 45 its really quiet. Less space than previous models, but that is true for all the new dishwashers. Installation was smooth, so far no problems. Stuff comes out clean

We have had other dishwashers in the past where drying and at times cleaning was a concern. This model has worked great so far and it’s pretty quiet too.

Love all the new features that my old basic dishwasher didn't have. Love the adjustable middle shelf and the top shelf for small items.
