Love the features- excellent functions

Love the stainless inside. What sold me on this particular model was the very top rack for extra cutlery. That means that when I want to fill up the bottom drawer I can remove that cutlery basket and place all of the flatware on that. Really great product.

I like the glass washer jets. It is really quite. I also like the adjustable bottom rack. You don't have to get the large pans in between the metal prongs. They just lay flat if you want them to.

No more "washing" dishes to put in the dishwasher

I love this dishwasher. It holds a ton of dishes and the 3rd rack is a great feature. Dishes go right in the dishwasher, no rinsing and they come out super clean.

Performance and quietness a great combination

This is the 3rd dishwasher I've installed since living in this house. The last unit was good (Maytag) but the cycle times were excessively long 2.5-3 hours. This unit cleans in almost half that time and with a dB rating of 46 it is very quiet. My wife loves the versatility of the 3rd rack and our dishes always come clean without prerinsing. I reccomend this unit over any of its competitors around the same price point.

Nice product - poor install instructions

First, the product looks nice and works very well. Second, the 3rd row is a great innovation and their is still much room inside. Really quiet and very functional.
Now the biggest challenge, if you install it yourself, is the very poor instructions. I’ve installed several dishwashers over many years but these are about as incomplete as Ive ever seen. This should have been pretty straightforward but they are not. Seems that the instructions are pretty generic and were just not helpful and I used those to make sure I don’t have surprises later. Thankfully YouTube is out there to help but I know GE could do much better in the future. I’m considering other brands for future purchases since these are poor. At least the product is very nice once it’s installed.

Doesn't clean like my Bosch did

Lots of cleaning features. Racking and options for loading are awesome. I typically find several pieces of silverware and at least 1-2 other dishes I have to wash by hand after they have been washed in the dishwasher. Inevitably my hand hits the control buttons every time I open or close it due to the location of the controls. I would not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
