Dirty bowls and silverware falls through
on January 21, 2020

The dishwasher has some great qualities. But, it has a serious flaw as well. The location/ row made for bowls is crowded by the bottle sprayers. Of course you can put bowls in other locations too; but, they have to be spaced apart by two prongs or the interiors won't get clean. The dishwasher really only has room for about 5 bowls to fit well/easily if bottles are being washed simultaneously. Another issue I have is that occasionally, if the angle is just right, some of the silverware will fall through the first section of the basket. This will prevent the bottom spinner from working properly and the silverware is so tough to remove because it will get stuck. There are some nice features. The bottle jets are great for cleaning peanut butter or jam jars and of course baby and water bottles too. The extra third small shelf is really nice as well.
One more thing to mention is that the user manual does not provide the specs for water usage. I would greatly appreciate knowing how using the various cycles affects my water bill. Also, the average cost to run the dishwasher is provided, but we don't know which cycle that is based off of. There are options to only wash the top rack or the bottom rack by itself, but from my understanding this uses the same amount of water as a normal cycle?????
Oh another issue .... because the controls are hidden under the edge of my counter top I can't see the sanitize light. When I open the dishwasher to view the controls the lights indicating that the washer is clean will go off. I can't determine if the washer is sanitizing the dishes?

I loved this dishwasher! Worked fantastic, dishes never been so clean. Loved it...until 32 days after I bought it I saw water on the floor. Service call 2 weeks later, it's busted at a seam on the back. Can't be fixed. It's not even 2 months old.

Super quiet!

The dishwasher is so quiet you can barely hear it running. The light wash cycle is done in 55 minutes but does not allow for the sanitize option to be run. The shortest regular cycle is 205 minutes which seems awfully long to me.

A little noisy

Good dishwasher overall with the exception of it being too noisy. I can hear things bumping while it is washing. I had a Kitchen Aid before and it was so quiet, I could not tell when it was running. It failed 6 Yrs after we bought it after spending 1/3 of the purchase price when it was 2 yrs old. So we are trying this. I hope this dishwasher lasts 10 years like the ones before the Kitchen Aid. Time will tell. And I don't buy extra insurance and should not have to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely LOVE my new dishwasher! I have two teenagers that do dishes, some times, and they were able to easily get the hang of it.
