So far so good. Looks good and cleans good. Had to get used to the buttons on top, but once that was figured out it was easy peasy lemon squeezy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy Customer

We spent alot of time looking for the right dishwasher. We ended up picking this one. We have been using it for just over a month testing it out. If you have something stuck burnt on pots and pans then it might struggle to get clean but other than that it cleans well, dries well and is very quite.

Very quiet dishwasher. Really love the 3rd rack for silverware and utensils. I use it more than the side basket. Love the hidden controlpanel.

So far, so good. We've noticed how much more quiet this dishwasher is than our previous one. It has a lot of great features we will use and it looks great too. The only drawback was the installation of the side and top trim pieces. The top trim piece is notched for the door latch, but it isn't for the mounting brackets. The directions do not actually show the mounting brackets and the top trim pieces mounted together. The side trim pieces were difficult to install and we had to pry the side out slightly to get it installed. Other than that, it was not difficult.

Dirty bowls and silverware falls through
on January 21, 2020

The dishwasher has some great qualities. But, it has a serious flaw as well. The location/ row made for bowls is crowded by the bottle sprayers. Of course you can put bowls in other locations too; but, they have to be spaced apart by two prongs or the interiors won't get clean. The dishwasher really only has room for about 5 bowls to fit well/easily if bottles are being washed simultaneously.
Another issue I have is that occasionally, if the angle is just right, some of the silverware will fall through the first section of the basket. This will prevent the bottom spinner from working properly and the silverware is so tough to remove because it will get stuck. There are some nice features. The bottle jets are great for cleaning peanut butter or jam jars and of course baby and water bottles too. The extra third small shelf is really nice as well.
One more thing to mention is that the user manual does not provide the specs for water usage. I would greatly appreciate knowing how using the various cycles affects my water bill. Also, the average cost to run the dishwasher is provided, but we don't know which cycle that is based off of. There are options to only wash the top rack or the bottom rack by itself, but from my understanding this uses the same amount of water as a normal cycle?????
Oh another issue .... because the controls are hidden under the edge of my counter top I can't see the sanitize light. When I open the dishwasher to view the controls the lights indicating that the washer is clean will go off. I can't determine if the washer is sanitizing the dishes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
