Dishes come out clean every time !!!

Dishes come out clean every time no matter the soap or rinse aid product names. Quality control panel, top performance, two-step operation start-close-start and walk away. Love it, use auto cycle for everyday, has topside slide out for extra long or plastic items where they won't melt! I remove my silverware basket for ease of loading and unloading. Highly recommended.

Great washer and delicate feature settings! Cleans scrubs shines mostly any kitchen utensils to china we have!

Drain pump needs replacing after only a year!

Right after a year of having our GE dishwasher, the drain pump goes out and the trim around the control panel starts to pop off, sticking out an inch and a half from our counter. So disappointed that we invested money into a GE appliance and then having to fix it only after a year?!?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, right up until it wasn't

When the dishwasher worked, it was phenomenal. Once it started having issues, it was a downward spiral. We had simple issues like that the edging around the control panel was plastic, and our toddler snapped it off, and more severe issues like frequent failures to drain resulting in unwashed dishes and a major leak out the bottom of the unit damaging our cabinets.

Lower rack arms do not hold

Dishwasher does a good job of cleaning, but the lower rack that holds the plates does not secure well at all and any weight on it causes the arms to collapse. Extremely frustrating.

Don't get sticker shock and downgrade

I was excited about the top 3rd rack which was rare at the time. I purchased the extended warranty and good thing as I had at least 8 service visits over 3 years. Finally, the warranty ran out and the machine failed again. Some minor things like the plastic rim on top snapping off, the cheap plastic adjusters on the middle rack kept snapping off, detergent holder snapped and would not close, frequent back flow (and I scrape before loading), electrical board fried twice and had to be replaced. But I have to say, on the few occasions it worked, it really did well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
