I have been using this dishwasher for 5 months now and my review is it’s okay. Don’t like that it doesn’t have a rinse only cycle like my old one had, the door controls are sensitive while loading. The washing time are 1.5hrs or longer, and I wish you didn’t have to keep repressing the start button every time you open door to input additional dishes after it’s been programmed for delay start. The adjusting tines seems to not stay secured in the upright position when loading at times. Also, the instruction manual giving with this model doesn’t show any diagrams for GDP665 models series it only list series GDF ,GDT,GDP615 series.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful. Nothing but probles

I'd love to give this dishwasher 0 stars if it were possible. Issue after issue. The actual wheels on the racks broke off, I had to purchase and replace them myself. (do a search, you'll see many more with same story) Horrible warranty. Now my dishwasher just completely shuts off after 5 mins. A plumber friend told me this was the most serviced dishwasher on his list. I wish I knew that before I purchased 3 yrs ago. It's very frustrating to need a new dishwasher only after 3 yrs. It doesn't pay to get it serviced anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it so much I’ve bought it for two houses

I bought this dishwasher at my house about a year before I sold it because I didn’t know I was going to move. I did tons of research beforehand. We were fed up with the wheels on dishwasher racks, and I was only interested in buying one with ball bearing tracks. Also I wanted a third rack. The fact that it’s removable and the middle racks adjusts was just a lovely bonus. I adore this dishwasher. So much so that when my dishwasher in my new house kind of broke I didn’t bother fixing it (it was a decent Samsung) I just ordered the same exact GE model again. It is the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned, and I’ve lived in a lot of houses.

Bought this GE dishwasher for the features - bottle wash, 3rd rack & leak detection. It is a beautiful unit! I love the 3rd rack for silverware. Dishes come out spotless, no more rewashing. Dishes are dry too so I don’t have to dry them with a towel when they’re done. I did read the reviews where some people had issues so I bought the extended 5 yr warranty. Very happy with this dishwasher!
