Unit is nice and quiet, and washes/dries well. But I find the top rack to be a little awkward to load. I may just need to get used to it being differently arranged than my last dishwasher. Love the top-rack-only option.

I purchased this model when I renovated an old house several years ago. Recently I moved to an active senior community, and dishwasher was already installed. I used it about two months and was tired of inefficient loading capability an non configurability of the racks and silverware holders. There was no third level, only one water sprayer, and it was noisier also. I was,so happy to find the same model and have it installed. I can hardly hear it, even in the kitchen. I can load it much more efficiently and can reconfigure the shelves. I can even change the level of of one of them. The third rack lets me clean low profile items so I don't take up rack space with them. I also didn't realize how much I like that the door remains in the same spot if it's opened partially. The glass holder clips allow me to was delicate glassware in the top rack.
I would recommend this to a friend!
