Good not great

Washes and dries well. Quiet. Bottle jets not usable because of poor placement and inadequate height for sodastream bottles.
I wish it had a dryness sensor and could just run until actually dry. Even with the drying fan, it could get drier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishwasher is purring like a kitten. Super quiet. Great dishwasher at a great price. Definitely do not need to spend thousands on other brands. Just praying it lasts for years and years!

Grey rack above upper rack

I’m confused on the function of the gray rack. I downloaded the manual and didn’t see it mentioned. I also went to the website and looked at the articles and didn’t see any mention of this rack. My plastic spatula and wood and plastic knives have a white residue today. This is the first time I noticed any residue with previous washes. I tasted it to see if it was soap but it seem to have no taste. Can you help me out with these two questions?

The third rack is mainly designed to wash uniquely shaped items like spatulas, lids, and silverware. So, you are definitely choosing the right spot for your items. The white film/residue can be from detergent not dissolving properly or the detergent not rinsing well. We recommend making sure that your inlet water temperature is able to reach 120 degrees F minimum. Additionally, using a rinse agent can also help with this. Cascade® Platinum™ Power Dry™ Rinse Aid or Finish® Jet-Dry® Rinse Aid may help minimize a repeat build up of film.
