Third drawer

I wanted a third shelf and disposal on a dishwashing machine. This GE had the two requirements and I didn't pay attention to the other features. Sadly the feature I used most, rinse, was not included. Also no short wash. The one hour wash turns into 2 hours. It does however get the dishes clean and spot free (if you use the rinse agent). I do not like the controls being hidden. they are hard to use.. The cancel button has to be pressed numerous times before it reactts. I would not buy this product again.

Racks not well positioned

Very disappointed in the design of the racks in this dishwasher. Wine glasses won't fit on the top and on the bottom there's not really a place for them where they don't get banged around. If you lower the top rack, anything with any height at all interferes with the mechanism. if you raise the top rack, even small plates don't fit on the top rack. Really poorly designed in my opinion.

Look No Further!

This dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans better than expected. The dry boost feature is helpful, no more pulling wet dishes out of the dishwasher! We have dogs and kids and after we eat dinner I always notice my kids letting the dogs lick off the plates. Needless to say, I use to wipe the plates off first before putting them in the dishwasher. I no longer have to do that because this dishwasher has a sanitization mode that sterilizes the dishes with hot steam. If you want a dishwasher that meets your family’s needs, “Look No Further”, this is the one you want.

Overall good but one flaw

The adjustable dish rack is poorly designed. The clips are not strong enough to stay in place. I had to lock them in place with zip ties.

Worst dishwasher ever!

I’ve had this appliance for almost two months and it still has not been functional. GE has failed to provide a part to fix this brand new dishwasher.

Piece of crap

We bought this appliance in 2020. It is a total piece of crap! Shortly after we got it, it started making this beeping sound like the door was opening, it would do this day and night. Finally it quit working. Got on, YouTube learned how to reset it, and it worked for about a month, and then died completely. I was at my brothers house in Minnesota this summer, heard the same sound, and a feeling of dread came over me. Shortly after I got home, my sister-in-law called and said hers died also. I will never buy another GE appliance again, totally disgusted!

Going on six years and the past 6 months nothing but problems Beeps, shuts on and off. Sounds like others are having the same problems.
