Rack is horrible

Not a fan at all… every time I open it I touch a button that changes the settings. Worse is the bottom rack has movable piece that won’t stay in place all the plates slide together. Likely will need to zip tie to get it to stay in place
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding hitting a button every time you open it, we simply suggest locking the controls until you're ready to use it. You can lock the controls by holding the STEAM button for 3 seconds. Worth the money

Pros - very quiet, easy to use features, sleek design
Cons - not great for larger or oversized items

Have only had for 3 months but so far this is way better than my last dishwasher. The 3rd tray for silverware has been amazing to use. The bottom tray is not very deep and so washing larger (longer and/or taller) cookie sheets or items is an issue as the washer blades will hit the items or you cannot fit them in and end up doing them by hand or having to remove the 2nd shelf and then doing 2 loads of dishes. So that is not ideal but compared to what I did have its something that can be accommodated.

The noise level is less than half of my previous dishwasher. The third rack at the top is great for spatulas and other long utensils.

I have just installed it today. I ran multiple wash cycle tests, and so far, so good. A little noisier than I hoped but not any louder than my previous model, which was a lesser brand, in my opinion.
