Had this dishwasher for approximately 1 month and pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is. Washes great and love the fingerprint resistance feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new washer immediately needed repair
on March 1, 2023
Posted by: emkala123

The washer ran well for the first two cycles, then started making an error sound about halfway through subsequent cycles. We luckily got the warranty so we’re able to get a professional to do pin point the latch as the issue. Still, disappointing to have something brand new come to us broken. Plastic parts are always suspect on a machine that’s supposed to last for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there.

We appreciate you taking the time to review your dishwasher. Our apologies to hear that it did not work after just two loads. That's not the kind of impression we want our products to have.

We do see that you have an appointment scheduled soon and trust the amazing techs will have your dishwasher working in no time. Please know that we are always here to help. It is a pleasure to have you think of GEA when it comes to your kitchen's needs.

Works well but feels a little cheap

Great features and gets the dishes very clean, as one would hope. Appreciate the dry functions.
Downside is the interior and the door feel a bit cheap and flimsy. I worry it will break.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washes dishes perfect, but not for deep dishes
on March 2, 2023

All of the dishwasher's claims are correct! It washes and dries perfectly, per whatever settings I choose. I love all of the options for washing, drying, sanitizing, and even choosing (or not) the bottle jets. All of my dishes and utensils are always cleaned & dried perfectly. I also appreciate the adjusting top rack (up or down), depending on whether I have tall items on the top or on the bottom.
However, I didn't pay attention to how close together all of the tines are on both the top and bottom racks. We have deep bowls and they cannot fit down in between the tines at all. The angle at which the bowls have to sit, in order to fit down between the tines, causes them to take up at least two spaces, usually three. We could put the bowls in the rows between the tine rows themselves, but then it really reduces how many items can be placed into the rack(s).
I also found I had to completely remove the silverware basket on the bottom rack, so I could have a wider gap to place my larger pans and casserole dish. Larger pans will not fit between the regular tines, unless they are shallow pans. If I try to slide a pan between the tines, it will need to be angled. Therefore, depending on how big the pan is, it'll hang/angle over a bunch of tines, which reduces how much can actually be put in the rack. The pan could be placed in a row between the tine rows themselves, but that reduces how many items can be placed into the rack. Lastly, there is a row of tines that can adjust/lay down on the bottom rack, but doing that makes a huge space (and I haven't figured out when I would need that much flat space, without the item(s) moving all around). And, of course, when that row of tines is adjusted, it reduces how much can be put on the bottom rack.
All of that to say, I have adjusted/learned how to put things in my dishwasher. I do love how well it cleans and dries everything, which is the main purpose of a dishwasher! But I will have to admit that every time my bowls take up three slots because they can't fit in-between the tines, a small part of my organizational-self dies.

Love this dishwasher

I bought this because of the name recognition and look. I took out the silverware basket and am able to put larger pans and my colander in it. It washes, rinses and dries just the way I wanted. The only drawbacks are the collapsible divider in the main compartment falls down if something big is put over it and there isn't a movable divider in the "glass" drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
