Nice upgrade from our old dishwasher. Our previous dishwasher stopped draining. Dishes have been mostly dry. Haven’t had any issues.

Parents bought a lower model a few years ago, we decided on a model up from their's and found quality to have gotten less despite being a more expensive "better" model. Wheels seem less sturdy, and overall

We are sorry that you aren't happy with the quality and understand how frustrating it is when your lower rack won't stay on the door. In regards to the lower rack, we've never had a rail for the lower rack on our dishwashers.

New Dishwasher

A very nice Dishwasher. I just wish that it came with the 90 degree fitting, hosee and electrical wire. They are not cheap and I believe it should come all completed.
