Excellent Dishwasher

This dishwasher has an upper tray that easily fits a variety of glassware. The lower tray leaves ample room between plates.
I'm not crazy about the silverware setup or the controls location on the top of the lid which get hit when closing the lid.
Overall an excellent dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Quiet and dishes sparkle

I have almost new (another brand) of dishwasher at my lake home. Now I want to throw rocks at it. My new GE dishwasher is a dream. Not only is it super quiet, but the dishes sparkle.

Love this dishwasher

I had quit using a dishwasher because it was noisy and didn't clean the dishes. Updated our kitchen and purchased this dishwasher. It is fabulous. Quiet- did I mention quiet and it does a perfect job of cleaning the dishes.

Dishwasher would not dry.

Dishwasher would not dry. Washing spin bar would not stay in place and had to put on a nylon strap to hold in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Low unassisted drying ability

This unit appears not to air dry very well at all. Our 2009 GE Profile dishwasher would air dry after door was left slightly open over night. This model leaves wet spots on all items doing this. It does dry good if you use the forced air dry mode. The sheen is also different from our refrigerator delivered in June (same finger print resistant finish). It was a replacement for a unit delivered in May. Wonder what our stove (Dec delivery) will look like.

We find that the Dry Boost with Fan Assist gets hard-to-dry items like plastics up to 3 times drier than heated dry cycles using a fan that pulls moist air out, resulting in table ready dishes. We designed this feature for people who wish to air dry rather than heated dry. Please continue to use this feature. Sorry that we did not meet al of your expectations. Geoff@GEA

Great feature, noise reduction, clean, different options, buttons are inside so kids cannot accidently start dishwasher.
