Was excited about smaller upper (third) rack however limits what can fit in upper rack compared to previous dishwasher. After 2 months, stopped working on normal cycle. After a week, just started working again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptional drying!

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. The ability to completely dry Tupperware and plastic tumblers is unbelievable.
The only issue was installation. There is such little room to access the wiring and hose connections. It is clear that the engineering department and technical department do not communicate when creating a new product.
Overall would recommend this product to anyone!

Extra features not worth $$$

I chose this dishwasher because I loved the bottle jets and third rack. Very disappointed. Bottle jets only work on baby bottles or super short water bottles. I have teenagers. I needed them to work on normal sized water bottles. There is no sprayer bar for the third rack. Most things don't come clean. The folding tines are nice but are spaced too far apart for my dishes. If I could return, I would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello and thanks for reviewing your dishwasher. When the dishwasher is not washing well then please check and make sure the water temperature is between 140-150 degrees. Also check and make sure nothing is blocking any spray arms. Always use rinse aid. This dishwasher with bottle jets ensures a deep clean for tall items, narrow glasses, jars and more. In the upper rack, each of the four bottle wash jets direct water and detergent inside to effectively wash hard-to-reach areas. Check and see if the spray arm at top of tub moves freely. I love that you can choose to wash the top or bottom separately. Lots of room & organized well. Left off a star because the bottom rack doesn’t stay on rollers.

Love at first cycle

After only two days with this dishwasher, I am so happy. What a joy to have a dishwasher that actually leaves everything spotless...and DRY! Unlike my old one... but I won't go there...it was a tragedy. Thank you, GE.

Love the Bottle Cleaner Feature

It was time to replace our old dishwasher and after looking at quiet a few we came across this one. I loved the idea of a third rack and also that I could clean my larger shake cups. The washer isn’t as quiet as we had hoped for and the wash cycles are a little long but so far it’s running great and we have really clean dishes!
