Awesome dishwashing machine.

This dishwashing machine performs great. All my dishes gets spotless clean, I no longer hve to prerinse my dirty dishes. Special note, I do use cascade platinum pods and drying/rinse aid.

Attractive, fairly quiet dishwasher. The baskets don't work with our dishes as well as our previous model nor does it clean quite as well, but it does a good job. Main issue was figuring out how to remove higher main basket so as to gain access to the side holes to secure the machine. We have a granite countertop, so could not use the top holes/clips.

doesn't dry dishes AT ALL. Water pours off of tops of glasses, silverware has to be dried by hand.

If your dishes are having trouble drying, there may be a few reasons why this is happening. First, ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. A low temperature can reduce the effectiveness of the dry. Additionally, we also recommend using the “Dry Boost” as well as the “Heated Dry” features.
If you continue to experience difficulties after troubleshooting, we highly recommend scheduling service with a GEA technician by calling 1-800-432-2737, or by visiting this page found on our website: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Worked for precisely one cycle. Tech could not solve the problem. Eventually GE issued a refund.
