Great Product

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It looks great and it works brilliantly. I have yet to use all of the features it offers, but the ones that I have used all work as expected. This washer replaced a very old model so it's hard to fairly make direct comparisons, but this unit is whisper quiet compared to my last one, offers more room for larger items and cleans a lot better. I'm very happy with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well except the bottom rack! Spare parts :(

It cleans great however the bottom rack doesn’t roll well and the wheels pop off. I lost several to the heating element on the bottom. It’s frustrating and starting to cost me more money to replace the wheels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

INSTALLATION

Some portions of the installation instructions could be improved upon. For instance, installation of the mounting brackets (Step 12) mentions nothing of the interference/obstruction caused by the trim pieces installed in Step 11. It would help if the Step 12 pictorial showed the trim pieces installed.

Better than expected

Very happy so far. With a family of five, dishwasher runs at least once a day. Everything gets cleaned well - even stuck on stuff. The dry cycles work really well even in plastics. Very happy so far.

Poor food trap and processer design (Lack of one)

Unless you thoroughly rinse your dishes, the water pump constantly clogs as there is no mechanism to chop food/debris up. I Now have another issue, the dishwasher simply stops working not even half way thru its wash cycle. But the 3 levels is very neat and when you prewash the dishes, they come very clean!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not clean dishes, stopped working for a month. Called because it was only 6 months old and they don’t service my area.

good product but cycle is MUCH too long - 115 minutes. Add 300 more minutes if you want dry dishes. Too many cycles.

Love the features

Love the features. Only draw back is when you lower the top rack to wash wine glasses, we cant was our dinner plates in the bottom rac;: the top shelf spinner hits the plates.
