Overall - pretty unhappy....

We were so excited about this product, but it has been a real pain since day 1. The KitchenAid we went to purchase was out of stock and we were told this machine would be comparable -- NOPE. The bottom rack doesn't pull out evenly - constantly coming off the tracks. Come to find out it was missing two of the wheels, I need to reach out to GE to get these replaced. The top rack slides out when being loaded, even though we've checked to ensure it's level multiple times. It doesn't remove food particles like a dishwasher at this price should - even after I do a pretty solid pre-rinse in the sink and have rinse aid in. It also has a terrible layout for loading... Our plates NEVER stay in place and are constantly falling through the rack - our plates are square, but this never happened in our old, cheap dishwasher. The run cycles are also incredibly long.
I do like the look of this machine and how quiet it is, but that's about it. Big bummer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No fingerprints!!!

Nice upgrade from my old dishwasher

So far, this dishwasher has been great! It has a nice clean look and the fingerprint resistant finish helps keep it looking new. The dishwasher is much quieter than the one it replaced and the dishes come out clean and dry with the normal wash cycle. The 3rd rack is perfect for the flatware. The only negative is finding a good configuration to use the bottle jets. I have to lower the 2nd rack for a standard cycling bottle to clear the top but then my large dinner plates don’t fit in the lower rack. Fortunately this machine has the option to clean only the top or bottom rack, so I can run a smaller quick wash on the top rack only for the bottles. Overall, a great dishwasher.

I installed the dishwasher myself with no problems. Instructions that were included were complete and straight forward. The dishwasher was as advertised and works great. We are very pleased with the unit. It is quite, you have to listen up close to make sure it is running. I would recommend this unit.
