This dishwasher has 3 racks, so convenient for those knives and other flat items. It has a stainless steel interior that is great. Love the jets to wash tall glasses.

Just installed. I found the instructions difficult to follow because the steps were out of order for ease-of-installation. Before pushing the dishwasher 3/4 or fully into its space, I recommend doing all the connections underneath first by carefully laying the dishwasher on its right side. Once the electrical, water, and waste lines are connected and run to the points of connection, then tip it back up and push it in.

Very poor quality control

The dishwasher does not dry well -- after wash everything inside the dishwasher is covered with water. Within 18 months (of course outside the warranty term) of purchasing the dishwasher the control board broke -- will press the start button, start LED start flashing, and hear 3 beeps, dishwasher will NOT start. Terrible quality, unreliable. Will not recommend or buy GE again.

More negatives than positives

I have had this dishwasher for over a month. There are positives and negatives to it but overall, I would not choose to purchase this one again.
Positives:
1. Bottle jets work amazingly well.
2. I can put dishes in without washing them first and they are spotless.
3. Extremely quiet and can barely tell its running.
4. The extra steam feature is the bomb! Love it.
Negatives:
1. Bottom rack is not built for dinnerware but more for pots. The tines are so far apart that cereal bowls and 4 qt sauce pans have to be laid flat. This takes up much needed real estate for plates and bowls. The fold down functionality is nice but unless you’re washing a stockpot in it, it hinders day to day usage.
2. Bottom rack fold down tines. The tines collapse easily during the wash cycle.
3. 3rd row rack. This is the entire reason I bought this dishwasher. It has been such a disappointment. It takes up the head room for the top rack so tall cups and water bottles do not fit and have to be placed on the bottom rack. It is so narrow that objects on the 3rd row have to be flat- ladles and curved spatulas stick up too far to close.

Cheaply made. Poor performance. Would not recommend. Have had 5 brand new dishwashers. This is a terrible machine.
