Cannot close the door. The hook gouges into the door preventing closure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Oven

We have been very happy with the oven, my only complaints are that the remote feature seems a little useless since you can only temporary enable it for a couple hours before having to enable the feature again. Second upon first using the oven the door did not want to close all the way causing it to not operate properly. It is however a great looking oven, The clear glass makes it very easy to look inside (our old oven had a form of mesh over the glass). The preheat/timer indicator light is very visually appealing. Also really enjoy the push notifications to my phone when the preheat is complete or the cook time is reached.
I would recommend this to a friend!
