Enjoying this well manufactured attractive heater! Everything from the packaging, shipping, manufacturing are top notch. .Able to assemble it with relative ease, and so pleased when we turned it on. Not only does it generate warmth, but is pretty to watch and adds to the evening ambiance.

I recently purchased two of these to be able to extend the outdoor eating season. Had a few issues with one being damaged in shipping but once sorted out both are working well. the dramatic look of the flame shooting through the glass tubes adds to the ambiance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Watch out the glass tubes

We bought an "Outdoor Patio Heater with Infrared Burner Item #: 62224 | Model # LIP-09A-TGG" almost a year ago. It was all working fine but a few weeks ago we noticed cracks on the glass tubes and now both of them are crushed into pieces. We can't use it when we needed it the most.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a well made patio heater - it looks great in our outdoor kitchen. Assembly was a little tricky, but manageable.

Attractive design, easy to assemble

So far, love this product. I looked at many patio heaters, but the design of this one looked the best. It's easy to assemble, easy to light. The adjustment for height of flame is responsive. This is useful, as other owners say the powder coat on the top piece bubbles and comes loose if you run it at max all the time. Wish list: I'd have slightly larger wheels. It just doesn't roll around too easily and as you increase the angle, the frame gouges your deck. Also, a single piece glass tube would be nice. As shipped, this comes with two pieces, and a small wire cage that inserts inside the tubes where they meet. A spot weld had already broken free on my cage, so it's more difficult to keep a straight connection. More of a visual annoyance than anything. But since the device is made so you and your guests stare at the wonderful dancing flame, it'd be nice if it were a single tube of glass. Warmth wise, this isn't much of a "heater". You have to stand close to the device to feel any significant warmth. But the beauty of the flame and the overall appeal of the square design was enough to make me select this heater.

Works great and easy to assemble

This patio heater works great and heats up fast and puts out lots of heat. The wheels work great and make it easy to move around the patio. I love the hammered bronze and it looks great! The instructions were clear and it took about a hour to complete the assembly with the toughest task being to assemble the 8 threaded rods. Only short coming is the care, maintenance and troubleshooting instructions. I haven't needed these yet but I read through them and it says if you you get "excessive flame" to consult the troubleshooting instructions. But this symptom has no troubleshooting instructions. But so far everything works great so hopefully I won't need these instructions.
