All Looks/No Warmth

We live in the Baltimore/DC area with pretty moderate temps and had hoped this heater would allow us to continue to entertain on our deck until really cold weather hit. It hasn't. It only warms the two people who can huddle closest to it and no one else. Even wrapped in jackets and blankets it's not enough to allow you to stay outside for more than an hour...and it's only early November. A real disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good and actually provides heat!

My wife and I compromised on the selection of this unit---she wanted as much glass as possible with a small, decorative base and I wanted something that would actually provide heat. I must say that she is pleased and so am I. Although I needed a short step ladder to assemble the top without laying it down on its back, this seems to be a well built import for a change. Nice aesthetics, nice heat. Note: The retailer's website that I purchased this from stated that the cabinet was powder coated stainless steel. The manufacturer has confirmed that this is not correct. The cabinet is powder coated steel. Since this is not the WTLiving's fault, I am not deducting a star from the product rating.

Easy to Understand Assembly Instructions

I just received this product as a 30-year anniversary gift from my employer. The Patio Heater arrived in a very intimidating box with lots of pieces-parts to assemble.
The parts were organized very neatly and the assembly instructions accurately identified each component included in box.
One sign of a quality product is when all the parts fit together just as described in the instructions. With this heater all of the parts fit together very cleanly; all of the holes lined up as expected.
This looks like a quality product that will last for years to come.

Love my new patio heater

I received this as a 2017 Christmas gift. It's a beautiful addition to my screened in porch. It creates a relaxing ambiance as well as just the right amount of heat. I had seen these at various restaurants, used on their outdoor patios, and I just had to have one. I plan to use it out by my pool during the warmer months. Upon opening the box and beginning to assemble, I noticed one of the glass tubes had a small crack at the top. I called the customer support center the following day to report the issue and they sent me a replacement glass tube in 2 days free of charge with no questions asked. Great company and product!

Attractive and warm

People walking/driving down our street will stop and come up our drive to ask about this heater because of the flame tube. It always impresses. My only complaint is that it should have a deflector at the top to help aim heat down as well. A shame to see these for sale on Amazon and Home Depot for half the cost of what I paid for.
