Beautiful Heater

I've had this heater for a few weeks now and assembled it yesterday. All parts were easily identifiable and the assembly instructions were excellent. Plan for about two hours to assemble and follow instructions closely. When assembly was finished, I fired it up and the heat flame was incredible. I didn't operate it long enough to assess the heat output but the appearance made it well worth the price
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought 2 of these and they are beautiful and work well. As others have stated, the assembly process was frustrating. But, once we got it going, we love them!

I was not sure how the product will be when I placed my order, but when we received it, it was packed solid so no damaged or missed parts. Assembly instruction should be a little better and more detail as we had to redo some steps like placing the middle part because the door was not hanging. Also, how to start is not clearly mentioned and had to look into YouTube to watch assembly and how to start videos.
Final completed product is beautiful and works nicely!

The product is great once installed. Easy to use and lights every time.
A warning that the instructions leave room for interpretation on the orientation of the parts as you assemble.

Perfect summer ambiance

Chose this more for the beautiful flame than for heat, but it does provide some heat to take the chill out of the air. The ambiance it creates in your outdoor space is worth every penny. Assembly was incredibly simple with accurate visual instructions.
