Difficult instructions

We got this patio heater as a wedding gift, and were very excited to put it together. The instructions however... not the best... took me almost three hours to put it together, and had to re-do a couple steps. The pictures for instructions were horrible, and the explanations were not clear.
Once it was put together though, it was great! We love the look of the flame, it gives off good heat, and does not have too wide of a base, so it fits perfectly in our space. I would definitely recommend this product! Just be warned with the instructions!

Trouble in Paradise

I bought this heater as a birthday gift to myself, and have not been disappointed with the atmosphere it provides. However, I found the direcions poorly written with print not so friendly to 50+ year old eyes. In addition, once proudly assembled, I was disappointed once again to discover that the igniter was nonfunctional. I have had to light it manually. I also found that the bottom panel that opens to permit lighting and exchange of the propane tank does not adhere to the magnetized fasteners whch are located on the middle plate. It seems that these issues could be easily addressed though I do have to figure out how to approach the igniter issue with the manufacturer.

Love it but poor assembly manual

Overall we love our patio heater and lucky for us I am a mechanic.quality built and very good fit and finish. No extra parts too! The assembly manual is the worse I have ever seen and a test to ones patients but the fight is well worth it!

Impressive look for the price

The end product is gorgeous ... be prepared for a lengthy assembly. Pieces arrived pristine in the box but wouldn't fit together well and we had to use force to get the holes to align. Also the last step of assembly (bottom panels) literally can't be installed without undoing screws placed earlier. But when all was done, its gorgeous! It's impressibly tall but that means not a ton of heat for open area seated height.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome Patio Heater

We just had our patio heater delivered and the assembly took less than 30 minutes from opening box to lighting heater for the first time. We are in Wisconsin and it was May 12th, 2020 temp outside was 49 degrees. Typically my wife and I would have enjoyed our glass of wine inside. Instead we were able to sit outside on the patio with our new heater keeping us toasty warm!!!

heats very well and ignites on first try every time

After finally getting assembled, we are very pleased with this heater. It heats well and starts every time on first try. Assembly instructions are very vague and lead to assembly errors that make it a long project. Preattached screws have to be removed and reinstalled and some of the screws were in so tight they had to be drilled out and replaced
