Exceptional heater.

I got this as a Christmas present and anxiously assembled it that day. Generally easy to put together and very easy to operate. Heating is great and the fire tube adds a nice visual affect. Love it!

Love my new space heater

We bought this space heater for our new outside pool deck. It looks classy and sleek. It took a bit for it to start up. We had to bleed the air from the new propane tank which was a bit of a process, but eventually worked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High Quality Patio Heater

I recently bought my Firesense Pyramid Patio Heater. I've been through some heaters from the local big box stores and they didn't last long and were quite flimsy. This heater wasn't much more expensive but I figured I'd give Firesense a try since replacement parts are so easy to order if needed. The package arrived in under a week. Immediately out of the box I could see the quality was much better than I've experienced from the Home Depot or Lowes offerings. Rather than having a bag full of screws and nuts, every screw is already partially installed into the hole where it's supposed to go. This makes putting the right screw in the right spot much easier. It did add a bit of time to the construction since you have to remove the screws, assemble the parts and then put them back in.
One shortcoming was the quality of the instruction manual. The illustrations are small and not clear. There isn't much for written description either. You'll figure out how it goes, but I did have to disassemble a bunch of steps when the magnets for the removable panel on the front end up turned 90deg to the side. Another area for improvement is the aluminum reflector on top. It's thin and looking at it sideways makes it bend, ripple or dent. My final construction critique is the mounts for the wheels to roll the heater aren't sturdy enough and will bend with use. You can bend them back, but more reinforcement would be better.
The heater works really well and lights easily. The propane tank holder is a triangulated screw mount that I have yet to figure out. My older, cheaper model had a chain that wrapped around the propane tank to secure it and I found that to be much easier to use.
In summary, the quality overall is quite high. The appearance is great and the heater feels sturdy. It gives off great heat and does the trick. Every part is easily replaced if something dies in the future and the prices are reasonable. The construction quality overall is very good but the instructions aren't extremely clear, the top reflector is easily bent and the wheel mounts can bend with frequent use. The propane tank holder is also tricky. It's ideal for someone who leaves it in one spot. If you plan to move it around a lot, you may want to go for one of the much more expensive options ($1000+) but I've never experienced their build quality to really know if that premium is worthwhile.

Good for the price

We like this heater. It was very economical and it works well. The direction we very skimpy and could use help. It says it takes one hour but since the directions were so bad it took 3. Some photos really didn't look like what we were putting together or the angle was wrong so you couldn't tell what you were doing. But we got it together and it works well.

Works great, but the instructions

Bought this to extend patio time during the pandemic.Works great and seems like it should last, but 2 things on putting it together.
1. Having screws preinserted into the slots means it takes twice as long since I had tn remove them to put it together.
2. Instructions were not clear about what was front and back, and the base didn't match the diagram, so I ended up at the last step, realizing that it wouldn't quite work, and having to take apart most of it.
Some of that is user error, but some simple stickers or clear directions would make it idiot proof.
