Directions are dismal at best

If you buy this, you may wish to first get an Engineering degree because there are 1000 pieces (screws) and 8 steps in the directions. There are no details that explain how to assemble
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product and Add Ambiance to Your Back Yard Entertaining

This heating unit was perfect for our backyard patio. Great looking, excellent heat output and easy to assemble.
Assembly was simple, screws and bolts and about half an hour and that was it. A wrench was supplied but I also utilized a few more tools to make it a simple and easy process. No problems with the instructions - it takes around 30 minutes to assemble them (based on your skills). A small step stool is helpful, but not needed (you can tilt the heater to assemble the top pieces).
It’s sturdy and comes with wheels and a handle that helps to stabilize the heater and makes it easier to move. I did purchase a weatherproof cover that really protects this nice unit from the elements
Absolutely love the look at night. Good quality product. This heater combines warmth to the patio, but also provides a very awesome flame that is mesmerizing to watch.
I did have a customer service issue. I did send a note in the evening and there was a response waiting for me the next morning. They quickly addressed my need and I needed no further action. They did stand behind their warranty. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I felt very supported.
We would recommend this propane heater unit enthusiastically to anyone looking not only for warmth but ambiance enhancement to patio vision.

Patio stunner

The item is a great addition to our covered patio. It is visually stunning. The assembly was simple enough but some parts were bent and screws were hard to align with holes. Also, if you are seated right next to the heater you will feel heat, but it does not extend very far from the unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best looking patio heater out there! Easy to assemble, just make sure you give yourself a couple hours. The only problem we are having is it won’t stay lit on high.

The instructions say 60 minute setup but it took me longer because I was doing it by myself with hand tools. The instructions were great but could use a bit more detail. My wife is so excited to get it lit up.

The heater adds to the ambience of my pool and the talk of any gathering. I purchased 2 heaters to go along with the 2 I already have. Four pyramid heaters look really awesome at night.
